Fertilizing, overseeding?

On forage, I fertilize in the early spring 46-0-0 Urea granulated, clay coated slow release and between cuts (except 3rd.), typically 75 pounds per acre broadcast and if I overseed, it's mid fall with the seed mixed in the the 46 and broadcast, then I drag mat the field with a Furest tine harrow.

I've never drilled seed, never needed to.

Just did my back field yesterday as I'm done for the year anyway. 50 pounds of 46-0-0 granulated per acre and about 5 pounds of vernal alfalfa seed mixed in with the 46 in the pto spreader then set it with the drag mat for that wintertime sleep.
