Filter Cross Reference Data

Does anyone have filter cross reference data for the TC40 series tractors?

I picked up an oil filter $9.44; Hydraulic filter $27.29, fuel $6.81, and outer air $18.61. I suspect I can get a very good quality aftermarket filter for a little less.

Engine oil I picked up at W-Mart (Fram DG3614), I don't remember how much I paid, but it couldn't have been much.

Looks like the HYD filter is the only substantil savings? And the air filters beat you up as well as the fuel.

Don't look like any monetary savings to me... Might as well buy OEM and let your dealer know you support him/her. That comes in handy when you are broke down in a field calling in asking for help..

Guess visiting the dealer is what I'll have to do. Since it is out of my way guess I'll get an extra of each next trip I make to them.

I've checked all the other brands of filters, and found no savings in price. I just buy from the dealer and they have them in stock. Good Luck.

Yep, I used to want to save a buck or two, but now i like buying at the dealership too. It's fun BSing with the parts guys and if I have questions, I have the salesman, shop manager and parts guys to ask all in one place.

It's nice to save a buck.. but.. on the flip side.. that telephone support.. or 'priority' customer status is worth the money. On more than one occasion my dealer has gone out of thier way to help me out when I was in a bind.
