I am a computer network engineer.. I type about 70words a minute. and it is a learned trait.

not perfect at it...
sometimes my fingers outpace my brain..

but it is a trait I learned cause work just makes it faster..


Drives many of my coworkers nuts....

I should qualify that...
I work on alot of Cisco Gear... and often I type like a machine gun...
many times I type so fast that they can't even keep up when they watch what I am doing...

We had a failure on a customer site one day and I looked, typed for about 10 min and rerouted network traffic and reconfigured about a half dozen devices to work around it..it took an hour to explain...

that drives them nuts..... the part about even looking over my shoulder and still could not keep up!
