we have had ok luck with terry impl, had some issues with a hydraulic pump replacement on my buddies 2-105 and didnt think it was quite right muddled along for a yr with it and intermittent issues and a lot of heat out of the new pump and lift arm issues.........said they checked it all and it was right of course ......... so finally one sat lift arms quit so we left it running and didnt shut it off and they luckily had a tech onduty and sent him over - he was like its been doing this for a year and sounding like that ? we said yup, he shook his head in frustration and said yea i know who worked on it i remember that tractor - pump grenaded in it, we said yup - he said i know what the prob is, pressure reg/cutoff sticking - we will come get it and I will make sure its right for you this time personally - he didnt name names, didnt blame anyone else, it left, it came back, it was fixed and quiet and everyting works perfect imagine that, im just an old country boy but i told my buddy i dont like the sound of that hydraulic pump and the way its hot fast - so all in all they took care of it, just was a frustration to get it dont right the first time if you know what i mean, and i cant say they are the fastest fellas on the track getting to things ;-) patience required as you are learning

I dealt with them a few years ago when they worked on my MF3635. They were up front and honest that they had never worked on this particular model. Eventually, they did get it fixed but it took way longer than I thought it should. I try to keep an open mind though because we see that kind of stuff everyday at the car dealership. I am a little frustrated with the tractor purchase so far too. I am the one that has made all the calls to see what is going on with it. Now it has sat there for two days waiting to have the additional items installed on it. I had hoped that I would be using it by the weekend, but in reality I can see that it's not going to happen. My wife tried to cheer me up last night by stating "I'm glad it's not done. You can spend the weekend doing something with me. It might be the last weekend we get to do something for awhile because you'll be on the tractor playing catch up on all your projects after that". She was way more optimistic about it than me!

as they say...........behind every good man is an even better woman!!! they keep us grounded and im thankful for that, i will be getting my 5088 back for the weekend, dads going to pick it up from cameron area today and road it home - had to dump $$ into the A/C but for mowing the CRP we have to take care of its a must.

We use a private mechanic about 15 miles from our house. He is highly regarded and much less $$ than the dealers and stands behind his work, cant ask for anything more.

We are blessed to have him in our area. I hope to get some mowing done this wkend enjoy the time with your wife until the tractor gets there ha!!

It seems like it takes a little prodding for those guys down there we had to keep after them a lot too and do all the calling.
