Finished 3rd Function Valve Project

Back in March I started a 3rd Function Valve project. I made some parts and ordered fittings and hoses. This was shown in this thread

Then I stopped and waited for decent weather to finish. We finally got a sunny day above 40*.

First I loosly mounted the the valve and plate. Then I slid the orange box under the plate and tightened everything down.

Then I removed the FEL to give me some working room and connected the three hoses. First the tank hose. I put a running T in the FEL tank line and ran a hose from the new valve tank port into the T at the FEL valve. Next I removed the hose from the FEL Power Beyond output and connected it to the new valve PB output with a short extension hose. And last I looped a hose from the now open FEL PB output back up to the P in port of the new valve.

I put the loader back on so I could see how things would line up and added the qdS to the new valves work ports on top. Not sure I like this but will leave it for now. Might run hoses to QDs on a bulked someday

Then I connected in my grapple lines into the QDs. These lines used to come from the rear remotes so I need shorten these hoses and simplify the fitting hodge podge I have. Then I mounted the handle housing on the valve and attached my lever arm.
Before I started I measured my hydraulic pressure. It was 2450 psi at 1500 rpm. When I finished the plumbing I adjusted the PRV on the new valve downward until I got 2400 psi then went back up to 2450 so they would both be set at the same pressure.

All done and it actually works !!

This was a good project and I learned alot. My first hydraulic experience.
