Sheez... all those backhoe buckets are nearly $24K... :D :D That's a pretty incredible deal - IMO. Even if you have to rebuild the engine and the transmission; you'll still be money ahead.

It wasn't one of those situations where the wife finds out the husband was wandering around town spending time in places he shouldn't be - - so, she decides to "donate" a few of his things to anyone and everyone for pennies on the dollar!!

Know a guy that operates heavy equipment at the landfill. He scored a new compound bow, a slew of arrows and some fleece camo gear. The wife or girlfriend dumped a bunch of "his" stuff 'cause she was flamed!

I also got a Gannon sheepsfoot attachment that was ~$2,500 new thrown into the deal.

It looks brand new except the yellow paint has been replaced by a light rust haze. ;)

well builder, mine has 5300 hours on it, and the one repair I can guarantee you will have is the A/C. Mine has been repaired 17 times in 5 years. No fooling. It currently works, but it does not get too cool and I expect it to quit any time.

funny that you are buying bigger heavier equipment, and I have pretty much bitten the bullet on a Kubota M59. Bye bye LB110

Wow. All I can tell you is you'll be disappointed.

I went from a full size Ford 555 to a Kubota L-39 back in '06 and I couldn't wait to sell it and get back to a full size.

I might be. I'm prepared for some dissapointment. But I demo'ed one and I was pretty happy. Mine is way too big a lot of the time.

Sorry to hijack your thread a bit, but does anyone know what the official fuel consumption is for an LB110 or 115? I've been bugging my dealer, but he can't seem to find it. Or maybe he's scared to tell me. I'm sure they must have a full power rating somewhere like the other dealers.

You might be able to find those details at the Nebraska test link... (I don't have it at my key-tips..) A search in one of the brand forums (JD, NH, Kubota) should turn up a link for that info.

Good luck.

They're pretty thirsty. 101-108 HP likes fuel more than a 83 HP Case or Deere or CAT from the same era, but the extra asz sure makes it nice to push dirt.
