First Impressions of new Kubota B2650 with Cab.

I like my 2650 but also wear ear protection most of the time as the whine is quite harsh . The fuel consumption was more than I expected also but seems to be getting better as I have about 80 hrs. on it now . The cab was great this past winter for sure . One thing I would suggest is to change the hst filter at the 50 hrs. as suggested in the manual as mine was quite dirty . I split it open to check it out and it sure did collect lots of crap , not large stuff just very dirty . Good Luck

I wonder if you could use a quick-hitch to set the hoe back further. That usually get you about 6" more rearward.

Nice looking machine!

I'm very surprised at how loud some of the hydro are! Not sure why they make so much racket. Certainly an improvement point for Kubota to look into. Noise equals power loss.

My geared Kubota is very quiet.

That thought occurred to me as well. Just not sure it'd be rigid enough. Might be worth a shot tho.

Do you think it came with SUDT2?

Congrats on the new tractor. Next winter will be my first with a cab too

This was the reason I went from a JD 790 to the Kubota B3030. The heat and A/C does work very well in them.

My geared m5700 is pretty quiet also . The cab seems to resonate the sound , I'm sure with better sound proofing it wouldn't be bad . I have a neighbor with a JD about the same size with cab as the 2650 and his is loud also , he always wears ear protection when using his .

Dunno. Guess I'll find out when the 50 hour service comes due.

I just traded a BX25 in on a new B2650. So far I really like it.
