I have had some questions about my website. I hope that this will help people learn the new navigation system. It should allow you to easily see all the homes we have available.

( I use to occasionally look at the homes for sale on your web site., today I tried, spent 15 minutes dancing around and no pictures of homes, you use to have a long list,,, now I can only find one home for 22K are all those pages gone now? )

here is the link to Homes For Sale By Owner.

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen:

Today I planted eight rows approx. 120 feet long for each:

120 feet of Bean Kwintus

120 feet of Pea Maestro

240 feet of Bean Festina (Green Beans)

120 feet of Lima Bean Fordhook 242

120 feet of Lima Bean Eastland

120 feet of Pea Super Sugar Snap

120 feet of Pea Sugar Sprint

On April 14 I planted two more 120 foot rows of:
Butterfruit Corn Bi-Color Hybrid to go with corn I already have up. I will plant two more rows next week.

I have planted with row 4 feet apart from center to center to get more production from garden. However... I will need a rear tine tiller to work after it gets larger I think. Anyone have a tiller at a good price or one they would donate? Even one that needs repair... I am pretty good at small engine repair.

I have the following coming up now:

120 feet of Bean Tenderlake Pole Beans

120 feet of Pea Green Arrow

120 feet of Lima Bean Dixie Butterpea

240 feet of Red Pontiac Potatos

240 feet of Butterfruit Corn Bi-Color Hybrid

4 - Red Beefsteak Tomato Plants

18 - Big Beef Tomato Plants

These plants started but not transplanted:

Several Cantaloupe Plants

Several Pumpkin Plants

For some reason my squash seed has NOT come up yet. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I guess I will need more seed for yellow squash and yellow crookneck squash.

Hopefully next year I will have a greenhouse and get things going earlier.

Well... that's all the update I can think of for now. I will keep you updated as things grow and as I plant more tomorrow.

Jim, you don't need new plows for your cultivator, you just need to turn those around. Looks like they are new on the other side. If you run them too long you will wear down your shank until it ruins it. Randy Dickson has new ones, you can get them all different shapes and widths. I personally like the wide shovel type especially in the center for bringing dirt up to the plant, especially when cultivating corn. Be careful there taking pictures from the top of your trailer, you might fall and break a leg. Be hard to hoe that garden spot wearing a cast.

Pushing up stumps causes that, the tractor is usually always strongr than the bucket. I have seen them straightened with chains and hydraulic jacks but those cutting edges once bent are hard to go back to their original flat shape because they are tempered. One suggestion, buy yourself a tooth bar, it will bolt on and make the bucket a lot stronger on the cutting edge. I bent one too, popping up a little pine stump

Hi Tony,

Welcome to TBN. I have been looking for you.

Thanks for the information. Good to hear from you. Stop by and see me sometime when you are going fishing. This little food project is coming along pretty good.

Call me sometime. I hope all is well on the mountain.

Ok ladies & gentlemen:

Another update:

I planted another 240 feet of Butterfruit Corn Bi-Color Hybrid this morning

I also planted another 178 feet of Red Pontiac Potatos this morning.

I have to go work on my foreclosure lists for this month so this will slow down the progress on planting and getting the irrigation system in for the next 8 to 10 days. Then back to the garden. I will keep in touch.

I am looking for the replaceable plows tips on my Heavy Duty Lienback One Row Cultivator. Here is a link that has a picture of one like mine. I think I have a picture of mine on here but it isn't as good as the one on the following page. It's the second picture down on the right side.

One Row Cultivator with Extra Heavy Tines

If anyone has parts for the Lienbach Line please email me or call me.

Jim; do a search for cultivator sweeps. There are many different types and many are generic.
