First Serious Project - Clearing 1.5 Acres

This tree was so close to fence that if he had taken roots and all it would have damaged fence. Since the fence was my neighbors and they weren't there to ask if I could remove fence while we took tree down, we cut ir and left the stump. The stump will have to rot or be ground up. I may just use stump to set things on.

We had four children and they played on this rock for years.... I saved it because of sentimental reasons and in this picture you will see me cleaning it off. All the children (NOW GROWN) thanked me for saving it. I guess their memories of it as well were very important. It's amazing what kids remember and want to treasure.

I am standing on the rock taking a picture toward the left side after that part nearly completed. I can't wait to start preparing it and begin planting it and growing for to help people. So sad /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif that my tractor isn't here to start. Maybe one day I can get it repaired.

If we finish today I will take a few more shots of the completed job that will be waiting for me to plow and prepare for planting the winter crops I intend to plant. It will then be waiting on me and my broken Shibaura to do our thing. It needs to be plowed as soon as possible after clearing hoping I could take mold board and prevent washing if we have a hurricane pass through or some severe thunder storms.


Please keep us in your prayers and if anyone knows anyone to help me get it plowed as the company is NOT standing behind their warranty!

It only has 27 hours on it and they are saying I abused it. I DID NOT ABUSE this tractor in any way. All of you here have seen what I have done with it. I moved rocks, (loaded by hand into bucket) , cleared some 1 inch or less saplings, bush hogged briars and plowed with it. I have operated heavy equipment and tractors for many years and never have I ever damage a piece of equipment!
