Hey congrats on a great find....keep in mind it's not the size but the action of the traction.....lol....
so I've heard.....don't worry about upgrade until you encounter that moment where bigger is needed to get it done.
Until then yes, it is money in your pocket.
I spent 4k getting the initial drive way and barn area graded.
Since then 70 yards of dirt and limestone work has been all me and yes, labor rate and time all money in my pocket.heh....heh....
