DADE CITY A Pasco County man was arrested Thursday morning after he used a tractor to drive into a neighbor's tractor, dropped a 10-foot log on him and then began to beat him, deputies say. Charles Jerkins, 46, of Dade City, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

Wonder if he had a permit for the log?

No, it's probably just a couple of the millions of uncouth, uneducated, low IQ idiot and former snowbird yankees from one or more of the typical northern states (where they seem to never learn how to drive) and have moved to Florida...so they can tell everyone how they "did it" up north...!...it's like magnets repelling...
