Me thinks the tocicity of antifreeze is way over rated.
It was suggested that it would kill off coyotes; did not work, antifreeze gone with my spring lambs.
Soundguy, You continue to ride this dead horse. Why are you defending such a poor choice (ethylene glycol) of ballast in tractor tires?
Where are those studies that tell how to mitigate a spill of....say 55 gallons from a flat tractor tire in the field. Post one! ....and why would you do this when other safe, cheaper alternatives are available.
Lastly, what has the military vs private sector got to do with tire ballast?
Un-Soundguy advice abounds here. 25 posts by you on this topic. None of which is worth two-hoots in a tin-can.
Maybe you could spend more time reading and less time writing?
You cannot "win" with your position here. It's simply bad advice.
