Have two cats, brother/sister. Take them every year to Vet for shots etc..Cats live entirely outdoors year-round.

One of the cats LOVES to have head scratched...
While laying in your lap having his head scratched... he DROOLES profusely. (not unlike a St. Bernard can...YECH!!! )
(ok, maybe that is a bit much)

He will cause a 3 inch "wet" spot on your clothing, similar to having a sweating glass drip all over you.

Had his shots, didn't think to ask Vet about drooling.

Any obvious concerns?
Should I get him BACK to the vet?

Nothing to worry about.
We have a big male coon cat who also loves to lay on your chest and be petted and he drools up a small lake as well ;)

We've had another cat who drooled as well (not as much tho).

It can be just a reaction. I have droolers that come in all the time and the slime just runs off of them when they nervous. If it is a constant thing then I would have the teeth checked. Calculus is common on cat teeth and can cause some nasty gingivitis.
