I have a Ford 1900 4x4 with a loader. I have noticed recently it does not seem to pull in the upper gears( 3rd or 4th). It seems the longer the tractor runs the worse the condition gets. I thought it might be a brake sticking. That was checked out and I did have a very rusty and very dust filled drum. I was really hoping that was the issue but got it back on the driveway Friday and the same issue. It does seem to pull in 1st gear but after it gets warmed up it I start aging this issue. My question for those with tractor knowledge is this a clutch issue or should I look at the brake again. It does seem that when it first started I could bump the brake(s) and it would pull. The engine does not seem to get under stress or bog down when I get on the brakes and when I put it in 3rd or4th gear to it will not move and the engine does not bog down. Thanks for any suggestions or help.

Rule of thumb - if you can operate the tractor in any gear with clutch pedal up, stop the tractor's motion with the brakes and the engine does't pull down and die, you have a clutch problem. Adjustment may help, but the clutch has already been damaged to some degree.
