yea i just bought two 3910's from down there about a month ago that was flood tractors we got one back to gether already and it come out nice just took alot of work

Specifically 80W-90 gear lube. No place for it in a Ford 3000 in this day & time. Use a UTF oil meeting Ford 134D spec or better everywhere except the crankcase & radiator.

Real JD 303 spec fluid hasn't been out for a loooooooong time.. but you do see some retailers selling a fluid marked as 303. Usually it is a discount fluid.. but even those generally work fine, at leas in warm environments. in cold areas, the cheaper fluids really show their issues in the form of viscosity index.. IE.. the cheaper UTF oils get much thicker when cold, vs a premium oil. In warm climates and in an old tractor.. just about any UTF is ok.
