Ford 3500 industrial.....HELP

Tractor Data has virtually nothing listed for the 3500 industrial (only shows a diesel engine, but no specs) and the info they list for the 3000 is conflicting or incomplete (no mention of a 6 speed at all).

remember.. those 3 banger gassers use that big sealing rubber boot. which means he's getting combustion compression past the plug. make sur ethere is not an old crush ring setting around the plug hole. if there is , or other debris, it will never seal!

+1. There's a compression leak. A new plug wire ain't gonna cure that. Forget the new wire(s) and fix the leak.

Tractordata.com, garbage in, garbage out. There were literally thousands of 3000's and their derivatives (of which the 3500 is one) with 6 speed transmissions.

I know...they mention it for other model variations, but not the normal 3000....no idea why not.

Its like I've said before, if you can verify tractor data info elsewhere, it might be correct. :)

While Tdata does have alot of wrong and missing info, there isnt really any other website that I have found that has the specs of SO many different machines. And most other sites that I have seen give specs, is just identical to T-data, or even links there. It still is a great resource as a starting point IMO

so fix the compresson leak...... that can be as simple as tighting up the plug or checking if the washer is intact correct?

I did find a 3550 with a 6 speed on Tdata..... I have often wondered if the 3500 number were correct, stickers seem to have weathered the elements better than the two different coats of yellow/ blue paint. however i did learn that i have somewhere around 50hp.
