For the record, it is a 64. I completely removed the hydraulic cover, replaced all o-rings, gaskets, etc. Honed the large cylinder and replaced both rings on the piston, cleaned up all the "moveable parts" put it back together, primed the pump and still no movement of the arms at all. The PTO still can be stopped by hand. I am beginning to think that the lines themselves are the problem. Keep in mind, this thing was full of water and sat in an open shed for many years without moving. I am wondering if the lines possibly froze and cracked open. Anyone know anything about that? I sure could use some help with it. Thanks.
