Simms pumps on 3000's not 4000's.
To tell whether it is a 4000 or 3000, wet, inboard brakes on 4000, dry outboard shoe brakes on 3000.
Engine serial number (not very important is stamped in smooth area on RH side of block center just above oil pan.
What is the model number on the RH boss above the starter? Date code and serial number located there too.
Looks like seized #3 from overheating.
it's kinda obvious that you havn't read the thread in it's entirety.
the fact that a 3000 engine can live in a 4000 chassis is the issue. just iding wet brakes don't tell him the engine.. but that's already been sorted out..
