Buying Advice FORD 445D need help

Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and was hoping someone with a little more expertise and a keen eye might be able to chime in here. I am looking at a Ford 445D industrial loader 1996 model and am unable to get ahold of the seller at the moment to confirm whether PTO is present on the machine. It appears to be to me, but I will post the photo of the rear-end of the unit that I have to see feedback from everyone on here. Thanks so much!

Post a closeup of the rear axle below the hydraulic cylinder. BTW the cylinder looks like a 'top' cylinder which lets you adjust the angle of the implement remotely.

I will try to obtain another photo, already requested from seller but he/she is rather poor with communication haha. It looks like it has a PTO because the shield covering versus those I have seen without PTO not having said shield and are just flat with like a four bolt cover.
