Runs on starter fluid means lack of fuel

Took plugs out to chesk spark again they were blue and strong, added gas to celenders buttoned things up ,turned key and it started .it ran for 2 min. then stopped. sprayer started fluid around intake and carb but it had no effect. do you think the carb. is shot

or needs rebuilding... or the fuel pump is bad.. or screens are clogged.

if you can start her and keep her running on start fluid sprayed into the carb mouth then you deffinately have a fuel delivery problem.

that's surely what it sounds like.
