I'm not sure that it can't be done. Remember that the third SCV kit for your tractor consists only of a cable and control handle. The valve is actually a third spool on the DSCV to which the joystick is attached. The valve spool is there whether you have the control installed or not. Unless the third spool is situated between the loader boom and curl cylinders, I suspect that a lever could be added directly to the valve body.
The iffy part will be making everything fit in the space between your right leg/seat and the fender. On the four thousand ten series, the third SCV control is mounted low near the joy stick rather than out on the fender. There is a picture on the forum - might even be in this thread.
It might be worth your while to take a close look at how the control is set up on a mid frame four thousand ten series tractor before you rule out the possibility of a setup similar to that on the Kubota.
