Front end loader problems

I have a gas ih 504 with kelly front loader. This just started a couple of days ago. When I raise and lower loader bucket there is a terrible squeaking noise and I discovered the bucket wont lower with the engine off. The hydraulic fluid is full and clean. Any ideas on where to start?

Do you have a pin that’s frozen up at one of the loader joints. Do they all take grease.
