( There was no paperwork, no parts list, and no info from the factory. For $5000 retail, I expected more from Koyker. ) You did not buy the hoe from koyker. Their responsibility is to the dealer, and the dealer's responsibility is to you. The dealer is accountable if things were missing.
( What is it that you don't like about my telling of my personal experience with a Koyker KB-60 hoe? ) Tell your experience all you want. But give specifics, don't just imply that Koyker did not do right by you. I wouldn't expect them to do anything other than ask you what the dealer's response was. The selling dealer made the profit and it is their responsibility to handle any warranty issue. It's your choice if you don't want to go back there, but Koyker is not obliged to step in and do something else for you. I would be very surprised if they did anything when you refuse to even approach the selling dealer about it.
( I feel that you are trying you discredit me ) By asking for facts rather than your feelings?
( My no-longer new hoe still has a leak in the boom circuit.) And I expect it will until you go back to the dealer about the problem. My objection was, and remains, you implying, and later stating, your experience with Koyker was not good when initially you provided no details. The details you now provide help me understand the situation. Yes, what you want....for the Koyker factory to arrange repairs where ever you choose to go at a "discounted or free rate"...is not reasonable. It was your choice to buy from a dealer 97 miles from you. Sorry you are having a problem with it, but as I understand it you never made an attempt to allow or have the selling dealer repair it. That is the way to get it fixed.
So--you can say your experience with Koyker has not been good, and I now understand the circumstances on which you base that assessment. I disagree with your expectations of Koyker, but agree that you are free to say you are dissatisfied if you so choose. There is nothing more for me to add, so I will not respond on this thread again. Thank you for providing some details, and good luck if you decide to go ahead and return it to the dealer for repairs.
