Front-end Loaders

/ Front-end Loaders #21
koyker is the manufacturer i would not call it unreasonable for them to warranty there own product i agree with most of what this poster is saying customer service has gotten bad in the us in general. What does the selling dealer have to do with a faulty cylinder on a piece of equipment that koyker built and warranted.
i'm sure that koyker did not manufacturer the cylinder therfore they can recover from the cylinder manufacturer. The dealer only installed not manufactured. I hope there is a reciept.
lmtc- are you heavily invested in koyker or what its ok for someone to say they dont like a particular companys customer
service. There are probaly some out there that don't care for yours. that doesn't make you a bad bussiness. you just seem to want to jump through hoops to vindicate koyker.
poster- good luck i'd call koyker ask to speak to someone higher up and explain the situation i'm sure if your willing to do the work they'll swap out the bad cylinder. any good company would. Or take it to a local hydraulic company and try to recover the cost.

We have installed at least 250 Koyker loaders with not more than a handful of problems. That is over 250 valves and 1000 cylinders with probably one bad valve and three bad cylinders in all. Those were taken care of promptly with no hassles from Koyker, but we are a dealer and we take care of it and send in a warranty reimbursement claim. It's simple and Koyker has never given us ANY problems with these warranty claims. LMTC has probably had a similar experience.

I will back up Dave and LTMC. Koyker has always stood behind their product 100% of the time for the few issues we have had. Koyker sells to dealers who are responsible to their customers for warranty work. Even Ford Chevy and Dodge will require you to take your auto to an authorized dealer for repair. Call Koyker and ask who you closest dealer is and take it there for repair. Labor is not included in your warranty but parts are and any Koyker dealer should be able to fix your problem. If you still believe it is truly the manufactures responsibility then you should call Kelly they are the builders of your backhoe, Koyker just relabels them when they sell them.
