koyker is the manufacturer i would not call it unreasonable for them to warranty there own product i agree with most of what this poster is saying customer service has gotten bad in the us in general. What does the selling dealer have to do with a faulty cylinder on a piece of equipment that koyker built and warranted.
i'm sure that koyker did not manufacturer the cylinder therfore they can recover from the cylinder manufacturer. The dealer only installed not manufactured. I hope there is a reciept.
lmtc- are you heavily invested in koyker or what its ok for someone to say they dont like a particular companys customer
service. There are probaly some out there that don't care for yours. that doesn't make you a bad bussiness. you just seem to want to jump through hoops to vindicate koyker.
poster- good luck i'd call koyker ask to speak to someone higher up and explain the situation i'm sure if your willing to do the work they'll swap out the bad cylinder. any good company would. Or take it to a local hydraulic company and try to recover the cost.
