While I'm not familiar with a 3700 here's a Kubota plow build. Do a search on plows and you'll find several builds.

sure you can,do you have a q/a front then its eazy.if you have an older pin type its harder,but it can be done
Are you looking to have a plow to use on the FEL or a frame mounted unit like smaller tractors and trucks?
You can do either one.
A plow for the FEL on be bought from a few different places, like your Kubota dealer, on-line dealers, and around here even truck equipment dealers sell FEL plows for tractors/payloaders/skidsteers.
If you are looking for a frame mounted plow. I know that Meyers makes kits for this. Or a good welding shop could take any older truck plow and make a mount for it.

I had a six foot snow plow mounted on a L3130 Kubota useing a sub-frame.this required removal of the FEL(at least on this model)..this was purchased from my dealer@about $2500.00(with power angle).
My current L4240 has a FEL mounted 8ft.Curtis with power angle.I much prefer this set-up.The plow is quick attach....only minutes and the bucket is back on if needed.Cost about $2,000 with purchase of used blade.
Many debates here about FEL mounted snow plows but I have had no problems.
