Frontier LX5 Cutter

Looking for some help. While operating my cutter everytime I put the tractor in reverse I sheer a bolt and the cutter stops. Running it off a 3039r JD. Obviously I am doing or have it set up wrong. Any suggestions. Thanks.

What size shear bolt/pin are you replacing it with when this happens ?
