Fuel Injector Setting spring pressure

I have an old John deer 2 bottom plow with a single acting cylinder to lift and gravity down is what I was thinking about.
I probably wouldn't use that on this tractor though. I was just thinking about its uses. Since the front pump is there and already has the diverter valve for front or back I may never need it. I suppose the constant pumping is on one of the two side levers at a specific position. They are stamped for different positions but I need to scrape the paint off to read them better. I Didn't know about that feature though.

I've had my hands full with replacing steering lines , fuel lines and the wiring so far.
Then I took the injectors apart without marking position.
What I don't know is how a bunch of hard crusty black stuff got past the filters clogging one injector line and filling the area around the springs on the other two injectors . Its gritty. When I put the seal kit in the injector pump it was in the pump body also. Does that off road diesel fuel do that. It may have sat for a few years without running at some point. 10 years , I m guessing. The fuel return lines were blocked up completely. I had to replace them. It was running on 2 cylinders.
What does diesel fuel do if it sits for years.
That may be sulfer or other crud out of the fuel, the amount of sulfer in the fuel was dramatically decreased in the early 2000s (in preparation for Tier 3 and 4 engines and their emissions equipment) .

After I flushed my fuel tank a couple times with soapy water I had Propped it up over a portable two burner portable propane burner . I added two gallons of purple power and 10 gallons of water. I let it boil for about four hours. I don't think it ever came to a hard boil but was boiling. I did this because when I looked in the tank the high center of the bottom had light rust. I took a 1/4 rod and scraped the low areas on both sides had a layer of muck.
I considered a new tank but gave cleaning a try. With the sending unit out I then used a pressure washer inside for 20 minutes until clean water was coming out. During the pressure wash a dark tea colored substance mixed with water was draining out. I think it was that sulfur. it cleaned up nice inside. Even the light rust.
I used redcoat tank liner after cleaning. On the redcoat tank liner directions they say to sandblast the inside of diesel tanks to remove paraffin. Well ,you cant sandblast behind the baffles. That's one reason I chose boiling it out with strong detergent. Paraffin is wax. I'm hoping the heat and strong detergent flushed any paraffin out. I also don't like the idea of blasting sand into a fuel tank
I also brazed around the fuel outlet fitting in the case the heat melted the solder out. Its the only fitting close enough to the heat to melt the solder

I'm shipping my injectors to pumpguysc to set the pop off pressure

I shipped my fuel injectors to [ thepumpguysc ] and he set the pop off pressure for me. His 30 years of experience came through.
My 203 starts and runs great. I can idle down to 700 rpm's And up to 2000 smooth and clean exhaust.
He's an honest helpful and experienced guy. I will refer others to him for injector pump rebuilds.
He sure helped me out of a jam.
Thanks To pumpguysc and all others who gave advice here. You broke through my hard head.

The previous owner is a friend. I helped him put a clutch in. Then the front pump went out. We replaced that and the injector pump blew out the seals. That's when I bought it from him.
So I replaced all the fuel lines and some were completely blocked. I replaced all the power steering hoses because I could see they were ready to blow. I'm trying to get it past all the neglected maintenance. Trying to get it back to a dependable machine.
Most of the backhoe and front loader hoses are ok for now.
One thing I'm going to do is go back to the front pump and take that solid shaft out and out in one of those cogged flex joints in. I forgot the name, I read a forum thread about it. I think misalignment is what ruined the first pump. The shaft bushing and seal were ate up

I'm getting anxious to actually use it.
Here is a sample of the finish the Sheet metal is getting.

good, what did that cost, though, and was it cheaper to do that than buy a new set of injectors??..

It cost around 37.50 for shipping. Pumpguysc didn't charge me for setting them. I intend to send enough on Thursday's payday for him to go out for dinner. He said payment wasn't necessary but I believe in showing some appreciation. I think he makes his money rebuilding pumps.
I don't think these injectors can be bought new. I did find a price listing for $450 each but not available. There is a guy that sells used ones for $55 each. Not bad but you don't know what your getting. You can buy new nozzles online for $25 each. That's not bad. My nozzles were ok after cleaning.
These injectors have a large casting
