Yes, here are 2 pages from my GC2400/GC2410/GC2600/GC2610 Shop Manual that should be helpful. The fuel filter is almost underneath your left foot when sitting on the tractor.

Thanks MF RED. I was looking under the hood and was wondering why I couldn稚 see it. Once again you致e been very helpful and it痴 much appreciated.
Tomorrow morning I知 delivering my 1540 to it痴 new home . I really am enjoying the smaller tractor, most people go bigger but I realized I didn稚 need a tractor that size to cut grass and do chores.
The hydrostatic is a nice change also.

It worried me too, I took it to the dealer and they said it was normal. Been using it for my post hole digger and 60 inch snowblower-soon to have a 4 foot tiller.

What痴 the torque spec for the rear wheels? I went with 90 ft lbs.

Here's your information, you were very close, it's 70 ft. lbs.

Only time we every spend in Canada is once a year to visit the Prince of Wales Hotel for a lunch which is just north of Glacier National Park, and that's a 2 day trip for our driving style.
