I think that I am definitely going to make the job look awfully taxing and difficult, I don't want the wife to kick me out of the seat. I have to make sure that it doesn't look like fun at all.

I found it interesting about the "lazy" engine. Unless I am running something on the PTO or am in a hurry and want faster loader motion, I almost never rev the engine past a medium idle and it has plenty of power for eveything I have done- really happy with my GC with 112 hours on it. Have thought about a BH for it but not enough projects on my lot to warrant it at this time.

Same for me! Most of the tractor dealers around here are like car dealerships, pretty showroom and slickdressed salesmen. The place where I bought my 1433v is family operated and is definitely NOT pretty and slick. However, they are just a good bunch of down home folks that make you feel at home. I got a better trade in with them on my Kubota by $1,000, they did not even see my tractor when we made the deal, he trusted my word. When I have called with questions they knew the answer without hesitation. I just wish they were not 50 miles away, I would go hang out and look at tractors....maybe it is a good thing!

Just got the 2310 this afternoon and had a little time to play with it. What hard work (that's what I tell the wife). I dug a hole just for the heck of it, then I filled it in. Fixed a couple of pot holes. Ran the mower. Mostly ran in mid RPMs and seems to have plenty of power even at the lower RPMs.

Hello, 61flattop. I'm not crazy about the swivel seat either, but gotten use to it. My wife uses it more than I do. She does small septic repairs and some landscaping. Have fun with your new tractor. plowking
Archery....... Congradts on your new "birthng" you have there. Good looking lakeside side shot too...... If I had to guess I wopuld bet that you have some shark size bluegill in there that really like hitting on bumble bee plugs on the end of you 3-4 weight flyrod........ After getting two days of rain, and putting the backyard yard on grade along with putting in drainage tile, haulingh the leaf sucker around..... I finally had to give it a bath with the pressure washer.

We actually do have some voracious bluegill in there. I am no good at all with a flyrod yet. I never had a place to practice with out everybody else staring and pointing. Now I do and I plan to get a lot better with the long stick. Been thinking of going with some little grasshopper poppers later in the year. No bees flying around here just yet. I think my best lure is going to be a piece of bread on a hook, that may be due to the loaves of bread the fish have been fed in the past. Got a couple of bass of medium size, haven't seen any fish with whiskers yet.

The way I first sold it to the wife ( After already owning it ) was actually putting her in the seat and she moved some broken concrete all on her own. It was downhill after that. We even had some storms come in the other night and my little tractor was out in the open. Well she got on... started it up drove it around back, unhooked the boxblade, dropped the ROPS and parked it in the outbarn all on her own with no instruction and never having done it before...I built a 12x12 outbarn 2years ago.... then everything would barley fit (pushmower, craftsman garden tractor, cub cadet rear tine tiller, chipper shredder, snowblower, aerator, seeder, chainsaws, ect..... ) Now....I need to build a bigger barn because I dont want this stuff in the garage
