Glock 43

i carry the 43, have compete with it (IDPA and PPC - out to 50 yards). GREAT gun. You can get floor plate extensions to get more rounds if you want. I use a desantis pocket holster.

the SW shield is the same size if you prefer it. IMO they are the same - same size, weight, feel, etc. I have other glocks and other SW semis.

I just traded for the Glock.

If I don’t like it I will blame all of y’all.

Have already told wife that TBN members insisted I trade.

I don’t think she believed me.

We insist you buy more tractors, too.... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [ :) ]

I have a couple of 9mm, but haven't shot them in years, I use to shoot Cor Bon. Any recommendations for my G43.

I have several 9mm's Mine are all loaded with Hornady Critical Defense. But of course when practicing they get fed my 115gr. FMJ's that I handload myself and crank out by the hundreds with my Dillon press.

This is what's so wrong with internet discussion.

Were we at all talking about suppressors?

The topic was entirely about efficacy of 9mm vs some other cartridge. One person said a particular cartridge was more effective because it was supersonic. The speed of sound is NOT a contributor here. Bullet velocity is a contributor here, but no as a comparison against the speed of sound.

Context means something.

In Jchonlin'es defense, he was responding to your post, which he quoted of YOU...

"It would probably be wise to discard 'supersonic' as any type of measurable and simply state projectile velocities. The speed of sound is not a measurable of any type, and as such, whether a cartridge produces a super/sub sonic projectile is irrelevant."

Jchonline response to your comment the nail on the head, which you brought up.

When shooting with a can, velocity is a HUGE deal / variable.
