I just ran out of my life time supply of wood glue./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif I went to the hardware store and could not find the same stuff. I have been using a tan powder that mixes with water. It machines well, won't gumm up blades, takes stain and is quite water resistant. Very strong and cleans up with water. Has the color of a "sugar daddy" when dry. I think it was made by Marine Tex. I don't care for the white and yellow "Elmers" type glues because they don't take stain and I always miss a spot or two when I clean up. They also are have poor water resistance. I also don't care much for the two part resorcinal glue. I am building cabinets for a boat and bookcases for the house.
I know there are quite a few woodworkers on this board and I could sure use some advise on a good glue.
Thanks in advance Al
