Threads of that nature are typically removed as SOP. I took a look at the original thread you posted and found that it wasn't appropriate for this forum in light of the specifics you posted about transactions, refunds, promises, etc. Fact is a poster can be taken to court over what they post on this forum, so we removed the thread as a courtesy to you, not because we have any opinion on the matter. There are many other threads discussing the good and bad of products sold by companies (advertisers and non-advertisers), including SkidSteerExpress.
In this case, I can assure you that we received no contact from the company in question regarding this or any other thread. It was removed after members reported it as inappropriate for this forum. TBN is not simply a place to complain about companies. Never has been and never will be. We had the same policy when we had zero advertisers. So the idea that we get pressure from advertisers to remove threads is nothing more than a theory. Yeah, I know how it looks from the outside, but I have no problem publicly stating the facts of the matter.
If you want to have productive discussions about tractors and equipment, then stick around. I think you'll find that the overwhelming majority of discussions are open and free. :thumbsup:
