My commendation is not to a dealer but to the company that builds/distributes the Rhino TW84 brush hog. After reading the posts on TBN about the need to check the slip clutch periodically, I became concerned about my TW84 lift-type that I have used with good results for ten yrs. It is built by Servis-Rhino. a member of the Alamo Group. I did not receive an operator's manual ten yrs. ago and to this point had not needed one. With the slipclutch issue in mind, I began surfing to find a way to get a manual. I found no URL that I was confident would address my need. I finally selected the one that looked the most likely to get my request to their Service Dept. To shorten this story; today a brown truck with a driver in short pants delivered a hard copy of the manual at no charge. Hats off to Servis-Rhino and the Alamo Group.
