Probably referring to the aftermarket cable operated loader control valve used on the aftermarket loader. A generic installation so you don't have to buy the NH two spool fender mounted loader control valve. Get the NH loader valve regardless of what loader you end up with. Cable control valves are prone to taking on water between the cable and sheath, then freezing.

I got the 16LA for mine as a package from the dealer when I bought the tractor. It has been great - no problems, lifts pretty much anything I ask. (Except when I had the pallet forks on and loaded it up with too many railroad ties - too far out on the forks, too. I think I had about 12 or 15 - It just sat and groaned and didn't lift at all).

If you get the 16LA, think about springing for the Quick-Attach - it is FANTANSTIC - takes me less than a minute to swap between pallet forks and bucket. Throw two levers, climb on and back away from the bucket, drive up to the forks, climb down and throw the levers back.
