Mrs.gave up on the idea of wood cooking stove after she got est. today from start to finish have admit glad that protect was shelf.

Looks like feet up recliner evening...enjoy the evening all.

I’m trying this one, myPWS. Uses Wunderground as source, therefore I can get both my David VP2 and Tempest.

Of course to get watch data involves in app purchase.

Another possibility is Carrot wx ‎CARROT Weather

This can get Tempest wx directly, but not Wunderground. Apoears I can’t get my VP2 data.
It too involves in app purchases. Also it is a subscription model, not just 1 time upgrade.

Have some fond memories of wood burning cook stove both as kid and grown up. Back when the oil shortage I was living in Maine. Removed our electric range and replaced with old fashion wood burner retrieved from MIL’s barn. It doubled for heat in winter. Sometimes we had the luxury of loading with coal for overnight.

Still remember smell cooking stews and home made bread from grandmother cooking stove...if today's generation could only experience instead of drive thru.

Actually yes. When I was putting up my garage door openers I had an electric space heater on, I thought I was one step off the floor but it was two. I stumbled across the floor, hit the wall really hard and fell down. I was dazed and planning to sit a bit to get my wits back. Then I smelled hot denim! I jumped up and thankfully nothing was on fire. It blew the breaker leaving me in the dark with a smoking butt. Totally destroyed the heater.

What can we say? OUCH. Glad you are OK.

Long day today pain has subsided greatly bandage come off tomorrow and shower yippee

Great to hear Buppies. Look after yourself buddy. I love my showers. Minimum of 2 a day and in hot weather I might get in to cool off another couple of times too.

Thanks, what does the info from the Tempest weather station look like on the watch?
I'm still waiting for tempest to add a watch app or a free 3rd party app.
It's not too critical that I get a watch/tempest app because whenever I leave the house I have my phone with me, I would get a free watch app but balk at paying a subscription, a one time small fee is OK.

It was so worth the wait. I got out our slow cooker and managed to squeeze in this big portion of Silverside. Added bay leaves, brown sugar and vinegar. It wasn't ready till 8.00 last night after 9 hours cooking. Beautiful. Dinner was worth waiting for. I really shouldn't eat that much before I go to bed, but heck.
