oh man, two full passes with the blower and a hand shovel. I'm tired, cold, wet and my hand has a bit of a buzz to it.
Time to observe for a little while. The blower is so anemic if I didn't keep up with it I'd be sunk. but if I kept blowing downhill and gave it a little push,
it chugged along, protesting all the way. off to the shop next week.
got about six inches off in two passes, had an inch of new snow in about a half hour. Coming down...
Cleaned the snow off the suburban, which in itself was a lot of snow to dump back on the driveway, and then started it up
with all the heaters on and let it melt the snow for awhile. Sorry Al Gore, I bet you don't have to clean the snow off your car...
I need to go over to my MIl if this turns to rain, but I'm not going out in a blizzard
for jollies. Used to... kinda want to...gonna get in trouble this way.
when I was a volunteer fireman, and for years thereafter when I could, we use to routinely pull folk who had spun out
and got them going again. Always a challenge where to hook up to. If you rip off their front bumper, their smiles sure disappear in a hurry.
My older brother just reported in from Delaplane VA, twelve inches down, six more on the way...oh boy.
well, what i dealt with this morning, so far, was nice and light. So far.
Time for some dry pants, actually something waterproof, not blue jeans. Duh.
