Good morning!!!!

51F and cloudy @ 10:00, only calling for a high of around 56F for the day with a slight chance of a shower ... which is about 20F lower than normal.

Reconfigured little greenhouse yesterday, removing one shelf so that tomato plants had more room to grow and moving the lights higher. Got lights hooked up to timer.

Got 16 seedlings repotted.

Still have a few more to do, the rest are still too small.

Headed over to the dermatologist's late afternoon and the ladies there got me prepped and then sliced and diced.

No pain whatsoever during the cutting, the only real sensation was some slight pressure occasionally.

And all the wetness from the bleeding ("oozing" she called it) ... which apparently was considerable, given the amount of work she did cauterizing the "bleeders".

After that she got things all stitched up, assistant dressed the wound and then they sent me on my way.

Due back on the 3rd to have the stitches removed.

What she removed will get sent out for testing ... she seemed pretty confident that she got all of it but I guess you never really know for sure until they test it.

Area seems a little tender today, but no significant pain.

Swung by the Lebanese place on the way back home and grabbed dinner: lamb patty platter with rice pilaf with cinnamon and salad ... plus a side of kibbe. Ate all of it.

Heading over to my PCP's in about an hour for a draw for blood work.

After that might take that tank down to the local welding store and get it swapped out ... now that I finally have the van emptied.

Possibly do some work on coating posts after I get back ... if the sun stays out.

Maybe round up fence parts which are scattered between the basement and the garage.

Definitely work on repotting more of the tomato seedlings.

Beyond that see what else comes up.

Hope everyone is having a decent Friday ... (y)

I do have to say that drinking coffee black - without cream and sugar - is one of the more unsatisfying things I have experienced in life.

Bleech ... 🤢
Only way to go, on my third cup this morning.

TGIF

66°F and .43 inches rain

Squeezed in haircuts yesterday. Much needed

Makana got a pool lesson yesterday

Swimming is instinctive, but we always teach to swim to the steps so they can get out. She did well.

Sophie made a very nice fried cabbage medley using other fresh veggies we get from our neighbor learning to farm

No big plans for the day, mostly piddle around.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

Blood drawn.

Decent cup of coffee afterwards.

More tomato seedlings repotted, count now is 21. Probably close to that left to go.

Off to swap shielding gas tanks.

Then probably some quality time up in the shop.

went to bbq some burgers for lunch, take advantage of the 2.49 price at local supermarket, and
perfect for burgers, too fatty for other stuff. And the grill promptly ran out of gas.
While dealing with that, elderly neighbors stop by, miserable timing but ok, so we sit on my new furniture and
gossip about the neighbors. Finally they leave and I change propane bottles, lug a thirty pounder over there, and
make my lunch. That slid down nicely, now off to TSC to go refill that tank.

sun is coming out, boy did that feel nice on my face, still pretty breezy out
harvested a couple baggies of radishes and lettuce for my brother and same for neighbors who stopped over.
then I took Makita hedge trimmer and gave the driveway a haircut. I also remembered to go trim the bottoms of the small bushes
near the bird feeders, squirrels hide under there. heh heh heh wide open now suckers.

I'm back from the garage. The theory is that the other shop (a satellite shop of the one I usually deal with) put the right side rears on the left front. Basically installed the tires the wrong way round. Normally when my tires get rotated the left side rears go on the left side front. They put them on crossed.
There is no more pull to the left and that is a good thing. I told them that unless it was for A/C work, I would not be returning to them (the satellite shop) again. Mine was the second complaint they had gotten today about the other shop. Somebody is going to get his pee pee whacked, to quote Cheech & Chong
.

Thought of Mpham when I saw these one piece of solid wood (except for the spurs) cowboy boots in the Salado art gallery. The owner say they sell quick and one lady bought 10 (each a different wood) for her office, of course she is an attorney.

Sun finally came out today after several days of rain, hope mud dries enough for some deck2 work tomorrow, but only after breakfst with the group.
