I knew I needed to grease the axle bearings on my trailer before I left on my trip, and stopped in at Heath's service station
in Lambertville NJ, just across the river, where the owner knew I was coming for a drive thru grease job.
His father is still alive, near 100, still stops in at station, and was there in 1965, 60 years ago, when i bought my first gas
from this station on a junior permit.
I had to chuckle at the motor oil left out in plain view. Most places would lock it up, gets stolen. I guess not here...
