45 Might get connected next year with higher antena but first have to install pole for them to connect their pole will be using grapple for 16' telephone pole installation. They will connect a 50' extendable to it.

everyone be safe out there; this one weather system has sadly drowned a remarkable number of people who drove into water.
Driving through running water across a road or bridge is an extremely dangerous thing to do... When I lived in PA, we lost a mother and infant who got washed off when driving across a small bridge across a normally small creek. This was extremely tragic as the local VFD guys were right there, but just couldn't get to the car. Mom stayed with the infant, both drowned.

Today clear the driveway parking area etc. from yesterday nasty storm,than play out the day from there.

Need to get coffee brewing. 39° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 56° with plenty of sunshine. Wash guy was a no show yesterday. Something about needing a new hose. Hired a new company that will be coming out next Monday. Will see how that works out. Going to put patio furniture back in place today.

People can be absolute idiots. We had a story on the local news recently. With our rains, the police put out barricades at low water crossings. Woman drives around the barricade and tried to drive through high water. Flood waters pushed her car off of the road and into the river. She drowned. The area is covered with police, fire (search and rescue), and news cameras. Along comes dufus who drives around the barricades, and starts to enter the low water area where there is 1) deep water across the road and 2) an active recovery going on . Cops stop the car, snatch him out and arrest him on the spot. All captured on camera.

Been out and cleaned the vehicles off about 2 hours ago. I did the drive yesterday, but not the walks or back deck. I held off due to freezing rain that came in after the snow (probably wrote something to this effect yesterday). Anyway, it'll be warm enough today to clear the walkways and deck and they should be fairly dry by the afternoon.
Like a lot of older guys, I don't push myself when cleaning up after a snow. I've had one heart attack and have no desire to work myself in to another one.

32 this morning, not getting much better today. Going out to join a new gym this morning. Going to give Planet Fitness a try. I need more exercise than I am getting.
I try not to push myself too much, we have folks who kill themselves every year, trying to push themselves too hard.

It would be to your benefit to get a physical before starting an exercise regime...definitely do so if you're over 40 or overweight.

That should be done more often and heavy fines levied to pay for the emergency services. It seems hardly a week goes by that some doofus decides they can make it through a barricaded site marked warning etc. and the EMS comes and saves their butt. Then the doofus gets on national TV and gets 15 minutes of fame. And we foot the bill.
