Got oil changed in 3 of the 4 engines I had on list.
I'm going to be busy next week on this too. I just went to my "engines" list, which I keep as a running competition with a very close friend
who also loves motors and machinery and so far we are neck and neck at 25 "small" engines each, including tractors. I think I may be up one on him, the new little
Massey may have him eating my row dust...

This is why I have to use a labeler for maintenance, each motor has a label with what was done when. On the little engines that get ten hours or less each year, I go two years on the oil change. I'm using fully synthetic anyway. Not like it wears out.
so I have about a dozen to do. Lot of Echo spark plugs to change. I buy them in bulk.
And I enjoy every minute of it. To me it's just a matter of taking care of things. I got such lectures as a kid
on that from my father and Naval captain Uncle. My uncle wanted everything
shipshape. Any of you sailors can fully appreciate the jobs the low man on the totem pole (is that still pc?...)
gets, being the youngest of three brothers.
I still haven't fully unpacked the garage, my second floor and one room in the barn, since I moved here three years ago.
No wife to nag me to get it done.
I can just imagine my grandfather pointing at that messy room in the barn. He wouldn't have to say anything, just point that cane.
And there was zero question about disobeying. So being raised in that somewhat strict environment, I had no qualms about
drifting the Cub Cadet in wet grass behind the big pine trees where no one could see me. If I got it just right I could get the rear end sliding out
on a curve. And this was before drifting... Shiny yellow little garden tractor, three on the floor, age fourteen, life was good.
So now when I see teenagers doing really stupid stuff, well.........
