Coffee cup is full. 25 degrees this morning. Heading to a high of 40 with some flurries. Celebrated Christmas Eve with my family. Could not be better. Today after Christmas breakfast I will take my mother home. Then come home and finish prepping for our trip south.

GOOD MORNING TBN

It is CHRISTmas Day, 30 degrees. What a great day today is, for obvious reasons!!

Can't believe our weather. Yesterday it was almost 50 and sunny. Today is forecast for 52!!

All of the Christmas preparations have been made, including all of the sneaky, stealthy, deceptive / sleight of hand and somewhat "usual" methods have been deployed to keep the presents hidden and secret. The last one involved a cold scooter ride at zerodarkthirty in sub freezing temps (that's a story for another post ).

This year has seen its fair share of blessings and sadness. We lost my mother-in-law, who had been living with us, earlier in the year. We welcomed a new grandson into the family this week. Last February I took a new job that allowed me to work from home....somewhat on my schedule - which has been a HUGE blessing as I still struggle with back problems. AND, I got a new to me L5030! All and all, it has been a good year.

I want to wish my fellow TBN'ers a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!!
