76 degrees in Millsboro Delaware. would have been nice sunny day except for smoke.
4 hour trip instead of 3.5 thanks to half an hour backup at Blue Route getting off PA turnpike. construction, 4 lanes reduced to one, on one of the busiest roads around. That will never end well.
my friends are on their way, about 40 minutes from here.
looking forward to having a cold beer with them and then go for a golf cart ride and check this place out.
Then Wayne will help me set up the barbecue while Cheryl will take over the kitchen. These are my foodie friends who love to cook, so my job was to get some nice prime filets and fish, Wayne's is to cook it.
I really should go lay down but too much to do. Will sleep nicely tonight I'm sure. A/c roaring away, hope to turn that off later and just use the floor fan I brought with me. But close to the water/Bay here so pretty humid.
headed out to take some pics around the rv. Very pleased with place so far, very upmarket, which it should be considering it charged me 110 a night for this piece of sandy dirt. In another week during high season that rate goes to 140.
but they have only a few pull thru's so I'll make it work. They also have a private beach here. That is a destination tomorrow.
actually, will head there later on with friends and take pics.
