Marathon day. I'm trying to put on all three coats today. They need 4 hours drying time so at 9:00 - 1:00 - 5:00 the coats go on. it take me 3.5 hours to apply each coat. so I have 30 minutes rest between coats.
If it's less than 12 hours of drying time, sanding is not required between coats, so that is my incentive.

Drew, thanks for the update, I remembered this was the month Randy was going to get married and was hoping he was on his honeymoon instead of still recovering.

Randy, we are all pulling for you and praying for you!

Checking in from Durham, NC. Uneventful drive until we neared Durham. Then a really decent T-storm system dropped some torrential downpours leading to near blind driving for a while.

DABSGT- I am sorry to read about your MIL. There is little to no rest for primary care givers and usually no thanks for the efforts either. Your wife is a hero. Good luck with the research and placement in a longterm care "memory unit;" some facilities are better than others.... Much better.

Dance with pole saw most of the day just need couple more hours finish but the rain arrive early had flash flood water jump front field ditch and by the looks 3+ hours cleaning up the mess from the field.
Time for shower than dinner settle back in the old recliner.

Good evening all. 71F for the start, mostly clear sky, light wind. Got windy today, Sky went to partly cloudy, and high temp was 95F, HI of 110F. Slow start today have new storm door to install, started reading instructions and looking how to remove old door. It is still nice, someone may want it. Have dog sitting duties next 4 days, stepdaughter off to quilt retreat. Dog walk uneventful, his is still pouting :confused3:
