You can circular cut a pork loin so it is more of a sheet shape than a round, then sprinkle over garlic, onion, salt, pepper and roll up the sheet. Think of a jelly roll cake. Tie it up with butcher's cotton string and bake or grill in foil until it's about done, then remove from foil for browning. It's pretty good. Loin tends to be dry since it is so lean, the onion and foil slow that down pretty good.

You got it right dave1949...we are using onion and foil and a few ounces of beef broth in the hopes of tenderizing the pork.

Do snow storms knock out the satellite TV?

We have trouble if more than 2-3 inches accumulates on the dish. Then I go out and brush it off and all is fine. Only takes about a quarter of an inch of ice to do the same. But if you spray the dish with Pam just as the ice starts and then every couple of hours it stays clear. My dish is on a pole so I don't have to climb up onto the roof.

Do snow storms knock out the satellite TV?

we had a snow storm up in Dallas a few years ago. The snow was so heavy it blocked the signal on the satellite dish. I had to climb up on the roof and clean the dish to restore the signal.
