Well, first day of turkey season today - heard 3 gobblers, saw one, but not up close enough for a shot.

We got our 1st hummingbird of the season today, 1 day earlier than last year.

Also got our first pear blooms, and I had to mow the yard for the first time this year.

Lots of firsts today.

April is a wonderful month.

Good evening all. 42F this morning, sunny less wind than yesterday and got to 68F. Got the oil changed and the blades sharp on the mowers and everything mowed but not weed whacked. Need to clean garage floor and the back shed and we can list for sale again. Dogwood is about to bloom, azalea a few days yet.

Good Morning to all. It is 66 with a high in the mid 80's. 60% rain for the next 5 days, I will believe it when I see it. Got 660 feet of cross fencing in yesterday, but must of kneeled in an ant bed clipping the field fence to the post. I have 15,16 ant bites on my right knee.
