Good Morning. 0840, overcast, 59F with 94% humidity. Forecast high of 65F with 80% chance of rain today, and a low of 49F tonight. An early start to the weekend. We have a church group having a yard sale in the Ball Room today. Me thinks they will be glad to be indoors when the rain starts.

I think my college b-ball team plays today, so I'll watch that game.

Are you a VT or a UVA fan? I see The Hokies are at Durham today and The Cavaliers are at Atlanta. Good luck whichever one you pull for. My Noles are at Coral Gables. The good news is we have the best team we've had in years. The bad news is we play in the ACC. If our freshmen don't learn to play Ham's Junkyard Dog Defense, we could be 0-7 in league play at the end of this tough stretch. The schedule has not been kind to us. I just hope the youngsters don't get so shell shocked from the early losses they forget they are a good team. If we can come out of this stretch 2-5, then win the games we should, I think we still have a chance to go Dancing.

Good morning all. 38F @7am, dropped to 36F now climbing, overcast and breezy. .1 in rain overnight, highs today and tomorrow forecast to be low 40's. Fireplace test went well. Fireplace stoking and dog sitting for TMA, plus golf meeting at noon.

Eric, check out the Ash Dragon. I get NO dust in the house when cleaning out the wood stove here.

Loaded a new pallet of firewood into the garage yesterday and cleaned up all around the stove. The sun was out for a little while, but had disappeared behind clouds by sunset, but that didn't stop a nice campfire.

More web page editing today, cleaning up the HTML to be more phone friendly and making a few updates, too. Probably have three or four days left to go...

Had a good day, helped the wife out a bit, then lunch, back home to help my neighbor, cleaned out the chicken coop, then some time with my dogs, walked a couple miles.

Dinner is scrambled eggs, mushrooms, green pepper, onions, and a cold beer. Life is good!

I'm guessing that's a rebadged Husqvarna and they have good reviews in general. Plus you have Sears to hopefully stock the parts.

I watched a little of both games. I expected Duke to win, but not the way they did. And GT beating UVA was somewhat surprising. NC is good this year. I had never seen a Ham coached team score 90 and lose, until last week when the Heels came to Tallahassee. So far whoever we play has a player go off the rails. The kid for the Heels broke the scoring and rebounding records for the Leon County Civic Center. I haven't watched the Miami game yet, but I don't have high hopes. Life is hard along tobacco road for the middle of the pack teams.
