Went to the Doc's this afternoon and got checked out. Been dealing with sore muscles and joints. Doc says it is the antibiotic they gave me and he hopes it will go away sometime. Got a little cleaning done on the lathe. Hope to wire the garage for 220 on that side tomorrow will see.

PJ Happy Birthday. Ed

Same reaction that my wife had with antibiotics. It takes about 2 weeks after you get off them to start felling better she says.

I have a couple of shorter 1/4” chains to pull post, shrubs and small trees. They have a slip hook on end that is rapped twice around item being pulled. Other end of chain has a grab hook. Hook to bucket or drawbar hooks. Larger tractors may need bigger chain. Very seldom fails to pull item out of ground.

While scanning Facebook Marketplace I found a old Montgomery Wards wet grinder. Sent a text to seller at 6 am. He replied within minutes. 1/2 hour drive to town where 300guy lives. $25 and it was mine. 1/2 hp electric motor was worth more than that. Seller ran it for me. Something did not look right. When I got home looked up a manual. Grinding wheel was running wrong direction. Fixed it. Sharpened a couple of blades. Works perfectly.

Ed, I took some strong antibiotics that took my shoulder out for a year. Hope you get to feeling better soon. We need better pictures of your new toy and the accoutrements.

Topps, hope the knee gets better. going to a comic con??? My son will loan you his spideyman suit. :)

PJ, Happy Birthday! Good luck on the music thing. I need to break out and start trying to learn to play again....It's been almost 40 years....and I've slept since then. And I was never that good, just played for personal pleasure.

RNG, nice idea to form the tubes. I want to make some new handlebars for both my tillers. the bigger one uses 1" tubing. I have some .065 wall 316 stainless just screaming to get bent.

Ron, nice score. Somewhere, I had a wet stone slow speed grinder that I believe my nephew broke the white wheel it had...might try and dig it up. I remember Jethro ruining knives on the front porch of the mansion with the foot operated wheel...

Drew, throw those azaleas in a pot and sell 'em.

104F on the ride home today. I parked in the shade as usual under the same tree for a couple of months and today a flock of birds decided it was my turn...

Eric, close, but not quite yet on the corn. Does the Gov't know you can make corn squeezings or fuel from that? Do they tax the seeds? Time for a still. Copper or stainless.

Aretha Franklin was special.

Drew why would a biker wear a chain like that, it looks way too heavy:rolleyes:
