A window and door in a sheep wagon? I can’t picture that. Sounds interesting.

Cooler weather today, smoke still hanging around, but not as bad as yesterday.. moving the right direction. Praying for those fighting the fires or impacted by them. I complain about the smoke, but others have lost everything.

Weather report on local news talked about fall weather arriving next week with cooler temps. I know the farmers that are still harvesting would like the rain to hold off, but we need some rain to clean the air and help with the fires.

72°F and 13.35 inches rain last 24 hours. Still coming down. A bit moist. Hurricane Lane is making its way. Rain but not a lot of wind for us. Pool full to brim as I suspect all our catchment tanks. Thanks for all the well wishes.
Looks like another inside day.
Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

The guy I bought the lathe from had the phase converter hard wired with no plug. I wanted to plug mine in so I wired a plug lead onto it. I then had to move a 220 circuit from over near the door to the back of the garage where the lathe will be. When I wired the receptacle I wired it wrong and that made the phase converter be wired wrong. Swapped two wires and it runs perfect, no hum at all, if you did not see it you would not know it was there. Thanks guys. Ed

Just found out the hardware store down the road, where i buy my heating pellets, is closing at the end of sept. That sucks.

It's always the last thing you did, huh Ed? At least more often than not, that's the way it works out around here...:confused2:

Good to hear it's running. Nothing more nerve wracking than dropping a big chunk of coin on something used and then not being able to make it work. Congrats!

Now let's see ya make some chips!
