Ted, happy birthday and happy new tractor.

Thomas, Happy birthday.

Bird, happy anniversary.

Eric gets to eat better during the storm. I'm glad his wifey is better.

Thanks all for your support. I am better, but still taking 500mg Tylenol every 4 hours. Finally got to take a shower. Felt so good I took the kids for a gator ride. The new gator has power steering and awesome smooth suspension. Night and day nicer than the 2002 model. Hope I'm good enough to go to work on Monday.

Glad you're feeling better Kyle. Like others said ........ don't push it.

Good evening all. 58F this morning, partly cloudy, light wind. Some rain in area, winds gusty in morning, more laid back in afternoon, and high temp 85F. Went to Muenster for 60 mile ride, ride went well, 2700 ft climb in 61 miles, had to do field repairs on 10-speed rear derailleur, it tried to attach rear wheel spokes :ashamed::mad:
Ted, it was my truck the wife got stuck  Congrats on new tractor.
Eric good to hear wife is cooking again and improving :D
RNG good to hear your are using van for camping trip, and progress on electrical system. Now for those vibrations ...
Happy anniversary, hope all is well with your daughter!!
Kyle good to hear improvement, as others have said, don't push it.
prayers for all.

Regarding the bed.....I emailed the seller and up to now I haven't had a reply, BUT at 9:30 this morning I phoned their help line and talked to a very nice girl/lady about the problem and she is sending me via Fed-Ex courier the hardware kit AND the rest of the parts that broke. If it breaks a second time I will fix it myself with lumber not that stupid sawdust and formaldehyde.

Last Sunday it was official that I sold my little LS MT125 TLB and all the implements. The plan was to stay tractorless for a while until after we moved. Being that was a big 'when' and could be a long while before we actually move, we decided that I could begin to do my research for a new tractor. It was already narrowed down to Kioti and LS. It was quickly decided to go with LS, so called 4 different dealers. We are about the same distance from all of them....between 450 to 550 miles away.

LS, congrats, looking forward to seeing those new tractor pics

Pleased you didn't buy orange, so we can still call you "LS" - it's quicker than typing "Ted" :D

Good morning all. We look to have got off lightly with yesterdays winds. As a bonus, they were a great excuse to do very little - without feeling too guilty.

I just messed around in the workshop in preparation for a bit of boat building. Before Christmas I bought some plans and expected to get a cutting list with some basic instructions. Instead there is lots of detail, all written in shipwright's language that I'm sure is meant to be helpful, but is somewhat cryptic to a novice like me. With a bit of practice and jig building I hope to be able to manage scarf joints, but first I need to find the "Chine log", "Gunwhales", "Inwhales" and "Strake".

Shiver me timbers, what a lot of terms to learn. Does anyone have an idiots guide to the parts of a boat ?

just not enough room with 2 kittens like to stench out

geez Thomas, you must love those cats...now I can see Brogen clearing the room but kitties with wind issues? ;)

Eric, most of those terms I think came from Merry Old England. Delighted to see you learning boat building skills, should be great pictures for us.
It's the SS Shropshire coming in to the dock...

coffee dinged, time for a cup, then a quiet morning. 60 going up to 85 today, nice sunny day, breezy

26 °F and going to a high of 45. Wind NW 9 mph. Mainly sunny.

It is still too wet to get into the back yard to get my 'downed' tree cut up.
I do have some big submerged rocks to move with the hoe AND I need to grease it for the summer. Maybe I will do that today, maybe not.

Have a good, safe day all

56 going to 78.

Eric, we could've still called him LS. What does LS stand for, anyway?

Mostly, crazy artwork. 2,700 ft - that's quite a climb.

Happy Anniversary, Love Birds!

Wife came home from NC parents last night :). We are moving them to Virginia next month.

Happy Anniversary, Love Birds!
:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Billy you must be happy to get your wife back. Sounds like you are making good progress.

Now Bird just has to get himself a big old 60's Cadillac and the Love Birds could cruise in their Love Boat...

I believe LS stands for Lucky Star in Korean.

A star must be a good sign, think Goldstar brand.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 33° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 54° with mostly sunny skies. Got .31" of rain overnight. The forecast 2 to 4" of snow never happened. Maybe it did. But ground was to warm for it to stick. Should be a good afternoon to cut lawn.
Yesterday I decided that the Chamberlain MyQ APP was not going to beat me. Programming one door works OK. But getting the second door working always caused a problem. 2 hours later I got it to work on both doors. Need to delete all the settings on everything and start over fresh. Chamberlain needs to hire some real iOS APP programmers. You have to peck around the APP to find return and save buttons and other settings. I did leave a 1 star review on their site.

LS, Congrats on new tractor. Make sure you get all the attachments you need. I am sure TBN GM will give you lots of suggestions. :D

Kyle, rest today. Talladega NASCAR on TV today at noon.

Mostly, great picture.

Prayers for all those healing.

Drew, where did Gold Star name go. I had some of their stuff at one time.

Good Morning All.
