Good morning!!!!

Finally got that belt housing off the flail mower using the impact wrench and a 13mm socket. Was pretty easy once I got a good bearing on the nut flats. I'll probably replace the nuts. The stud threads had paint on them...I'll use anti-seize or something like that
Anyway, both belts were trashed big time. My guess is one let go and jammed the other since the rotor and dive pulley both rotate easily.
No markings on the belts such as PN's, but a bit of research indicates they're BP43 belts. I've ordered 2 at a local auto parts store and they should be in first thing tomorrow

However, any of you guys that have a Caroni TM 1900 flail mower and have replaced the belts, let me know what belt you used.

Roy .. you might ask over on the "Let's Talk Flail Mowers" thread.

Roy; My TM1900 uses BK43 belts (3 of them).

   / Good morning!!!! #133,763
Morning all! 40 today with wind and rain. Good day to work inside.

Been staying busy doing odd jobs around the house. Got some of the garden started yesterday in between the rain drops.
Today is our first day of no more required Covid restrictions.
We will be going out for breakfast shortly and then putter for the day till we go out for a birthday party in the evening.
Health wise my wife and I are doing ok. I go for results in the next couple weeks and she has a follow up soon to check if the glaucoma drugs are working.
We have adjusted to both being retired. Routine everyday life is working out.
All in all we are good.
Hope everyone stays safe and healthy!

Drinking good hot coffee. 36° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 63° with mostly sunny skies. Ended up with .79" of rain yesterday. Cold and damp all day. Little under the weather with beginning of a head cold. May be another conserve energy day.
Frogs must be having a disagreement.

Good Morning All.

Good morning, low temp is 37 and high will be 61°F. Wind NNE 8 mph. Sunny!

Daughter in law is in the hospice and called Junior yesterday afternoon, she was thinking of doing a runner until she called the nurse to help her get into the wheelchair. Nurse helped her and when she (DIL) started to fall the nurse deftly swung her around and got her into the chair without her falling onto the floor. That was the deciding factor in her staying where we put her.

I am not sure what I will get up to today. Probably nothing.

Have a safe day all

63 and raining with temps dropping all day to 49. Cool.

Looks like the plants are smiling already from the rain. Randy and Buppies, hope you got your share...I know you've been dry, too.

Ron, I'm sure you can talk those frogs into being friends again.

Don, I didn't know you would have such big cornfields there. Looks good. Do you ever make your own corn chips?...I know store brands have oil.

L4N, prayers for your DIL.

Mostly, hope you get that trimmer running well.

BEF, on the topic of not listening...I scored pretty well yesterday...we were riding in my truck, my wife telling me a story, and then her attention was captured by something out the window...she then tries to resume the story, pauses, and asks, " what was I saying?" Well, I repeated word for word her last sentence and she smiled.

We tried a new Mexican restaurant yesterday and got in a few minutes before the lunch rush...the owner comes over to the table and tells us some stories, like his mama would make him chile rellenos for his birthday and other special occasions when he was a kid...no flour coating, just a roasted chile with chicken or cheese inside, and a tomatillo sauce on top along with a homemade tamale. Had to try it and it was so good. Then hiked for two hours to work it off.
